A 45 minute swim session for 12th street gym members giving insight to the advantages of Aqua Aerobics. This form of excerise tones and builds muscle mass without excessive wear of the muscle joints.

This class is led by Judith Hershman.
Judith a Aqua Aerobics/exercise instructor and swimming instructor has over 15 years experience and is a expert in her field. She offers a 45 minute swim lesson for 12th street gym members an group discounts. She is also with the American Heart Association as a CPR/First Aid instructor, and is WSI/AAAI and wateraerobics certified.

Sabrina Collins is certified with American Fitness Professional Associates, Physical Mind Institute,AAAI/ISMA for personal training, pilaties, yoga and pre/postnatal fitness. She attends four major fitness conferences a year in order to stay current with the latest industry trends and discover new ways to make a difference in the lives of her clients.
