Domenic has the most eclectic and formalized education of the Optimal team. This educational background is a collection of Biochemistry, Exercise Science, and Business Administration. Domenic is currently a guest lecturer for the Sociology Department at Rutgers-Camden University and a Masters Degree Candidate in the Organizational Dynamics Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Domenic is a ten+ year member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M.), and from an athletic standpoint, his history is equally diverse: from several years of intercollegiate football, to four years of formal martial arts training, to time spent providing energy and focus for hundreds of clients in his 13+ year career, several of whom have been with him for eight or nine years!
His knowledge of the bodys complexity and functionality is outstanding. Domenic specializes in technically precise training and rehab protocols, and offers his martial arts experience to Optimal clients as a fun change of pace.
