Michael Munson has over 20 years of experience in the health, fitness and nutrition fields.
A certified personal trainer and professional chef, Michael’s extensive and varied certifications and experience qualify him to design, implement and oversee the comprehensive fitness and nutritional needs of he clients. All of Michael’s programs are designed with an integrative approach to total body wellness.
Michael enjoys creating programs to cater to individual needs and goals that include a wide variety of training techniques. These include: functional training, flexibility training, cardiovascular training, pilates, yoga, plyometrics, sports specific, and strength training. Michael keeps up with the latest fitness and nutrition trends in order to better assist his clients.
Michael is a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant through The National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). Michael’s training and experience include working as professional chef, mat pilates, Kripalu yoga, Kripalu bodywork, and marital and internal arts.
